One of the perks of being a real estate agent is that I get to meet people from all walks of life during different stages of their life.
From young couples purchasing their first home to retirees downsizing, it is like going through countless biographies as I realised how a great property decision could impact one’s destiny and how a bad one could even break a family.

With more than 90% homeownership rate in Singapore, it is no wonder that we have many self-proclaimed property experts around us, each with their own interpretation of what is a good property and what it’s worth.
On top of these homeowners, we have property coaches conducting courses on buying multiple properties using little to no money and Facebook ads showing average Singaporeans with S$6,000 combined income to own not just one but two private properties.
How Am I Different?
I do not have any mind-blowing secret to share with you but what I could offer is good old down-to-earth financial assessment in the way MAS expected of us and the cold hard facts of Singapore property market without the sugar-coating (unless you prefer it sweet).
I also invest in some of the best analytics tools in the market that has proven to be either too costly or too complex for most realtors that only a handful have access to them.
If you are sceptical about some of the bullish claims and exceptional profit, I am just like you. This is the reason why I spent a significant amount of my time doing research, not to convince clients but first to convince myself.
